Mobile Hydraulic Service

A leak or a defective hydraulic hose can seriously disrupt your operations. That’s why Rovadi will come to you with a fully equipped DAF service truck. With our mobile hydraulic service, we can crimp and replace hydraulic hoses right on site.

Whether you work in agriculture, earthmoving, road construction, or manufacturing, we'll help you minimize your machine's downtime as much as possible.

On-site crimping of hydraulic hoses

Hydraulic systems are becoming increasingly sophisticated and operate at ever-higher pressures. That is why our service truck is equipped with a special hose crimping machine that allows us to crimp various types of hydraulic hoses, including 4-wire and 6-wire hoses rated up to 420 bar.

During the pressing process, the hoses are cut to the correct length and, where necessary, stripped of their outer jacket. The hoses are also carefully cleaned to prevent contamination of the hydraulic system.

Topping off hydraulic fluid on site

In addition to crimping and replacing hydraulic hoses, we can also top off the oil in your hydraulic system.

Our service truck is equipped with a bulk tank featuring four compartments for different types of oil. Using a pneumatic pump and a digital dispensing nozzle, we can accurately refill the required amount of oil. This allows our technicians to quickly and professionally assist you with any issues involving your hydraulic system.

Our product selection in the service van
