Custom Machine Building & Modifications

At Rovadi, we handle all machine construction and modifications entirely in-house. From a practical modification to an existing machine to the development and construction of a completely new machine: we work closely with you from the initial idea through to the final implementation.

Every application is different. That’s why customization is at the heart of what we do. Based on the customer’s wishes and requirements, we develop a solution tailored to the tasks for which the machine will be used. The machine or modification is fully designed and drafted in 3D in advance. This allows us to review, optimize, and, where necessary, adjust the design together with the customer at an early stage. Through close collaboration, we create a machine that is both technically and practically suited to everyday use.

Design, construction, and assembly all under one roof

Because we handle most of the design and production in-house, we can respond quickly and maintain control over the entire process. In our workshop, we have the capabilities to process and weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, including TIG welding. We can process sheet metal ourselves using our CNC cutting machine, which allows us to produce parts quickly and accurately.

We also have the necessary expertise for technical integration. For example, we handle modifications and new construction related to hydraulic and electrical systems, and we ensure that all components work together to form a single, well-functioning machine.

Our strength lies not only in building, but above all in contributing ideas. Drawing on our practical experience, we focus on ease of use, reliability, capacity, and maintenance. Sometimes a relatively simple modification is enough to make an existing machine better suited for a specific application. In other cases, we work with the customer to develop and build a completely new solution.
