Dust-reduction container
A container for reducing dust on the construction site during demolition.
The container is completely self-sufficient:
- 60-kVA generator for power supply
- Three pumps that can be used for the water supply
- Main pump capacity: 70 m³ at 10 bar
- Well pump with riser pipes
- Controlling the main pump via the app
- Large diesel tank
- Fully insulated and quiet.
The well pump allows water to be pumped directly from a well. The frequency-controlled main pump further builds up the pressure for the cannon sprinkler mounted on the aerial work platform. The well pump and main pump can be easily started and stopped via the app, which can also be used to adjust the main pump’s pressure. It is also possible to supply water to the main pump from a separate water container. The cannon sprinkler mounted on the aerial work platform can also be easily controlled from the crane via an app, ensuring that it always sprays in the right place. This allows the crane operator to easily control everything himself.
The container also contains a large stainless steel clean water tank with a capacity of approximately 2.5 m³. A separate pressure-regulated pump is mounted on it to supply the misting system on the baler.
The container is completely soundproof and insulated. In addition, it can be locked while in operation and still function properly. All connections are designed so that everything can be locked.
It is fully insulated and custom-built to the customer's specifications. If desired, the container can also be used solely for power supply.
