Pump set customized to the customer's specifications

In addition to our standard pump sets, we can also customize them to meet customer specifications. Thanks to 30 years of trouble-free experience with an Andritz pump combined with a 4-cylinder, oil-cooled Deutz engine, the choice of engine and pump for this customer was quickly clear. In addition to this engine-pump combination, numerous components were custom-built, such as the custom suction system with a water tank, drawbar, tow hitch, stainless steel storage tank, etc. Thanks in part to the strategic placement of various components, all critical parts are easily accessible for both maintenance and service.

The 600-liter U-shaped tank allows the pump to be mounted low in the frame, which—in combination with the use of portal axles—reduces the suction head. This, together with the optimal balance between the capacity specified by the customer and the low speed of the custom-built Andritz HP100 pump, results in significantly lower fuel consumption.
