Ronald McDonald House
Last year, we threw a fantastic party to celebrate Rovadi's 15th anniversary.
At that time, we chose the Ronald McDonald House Southeast Brabant in Veldhoven as our charity. Eight years ago, we were grateful to be able to use the Ronald McDonald House in Veldhoven while Sam and Tijn were in the NICU. Our boys were born there at just 26 weeks and spent 80 days in the NICU. During that time, nothing is more important than being able to be close to your children day and night. For almost the entire time our boys were there, we were able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House so that we could always be close by in case of any complications. After a truly special time during which we received so much support from all sides—including an amazing team at Rovadi who made sure everything ran smoothly there as well—we completed our final follow-up appointment for the premature birth care today. We couldn’t have wrapped things up any better than by having our own boys present this check at the Ronald McDonald House!
