Other Soil Preparation
The Cultermatic is an oscillating subsoiler that creates pores up to 80 cm deep in the soil, designed for heavily compacted soils. The tine in the first row loosens the soil with a horizontal motion, while the blade in the second row moves up and down more vertically.
This creates plenty of space across the entire width, allowing roots to grow deeper and water to drain away more effectively; it also improves capillary action. The finishing roller then levels out the top layer again.
