The GMD 1030 series consists of triple-disc mowers that, when combined with a front mower, achieve a working width of up to 9.93 m; the transport width remains within 3.35 m. The rear units require 88 kW (120 pk) of PTO power, and the entire combination requires up to 104 kW (141 pk).
The OPTIDISC ELITE cutting bar, featuring 2 x 8 discs, has a variable disc spacing and an overlap zone that is nearly twice as large, ensuring a clean cut even in short, dense, or lodged crops.
