Soil Preparation
The HR 1040 R Series consists of foldable rotary harrows designed for intensive use behind powerful tractors, with a working width of up to 8 m and up to 28 rotors. The HR 6040 R is suitable for tractors up to 460 pk; the HR 7040 R and 8040 R are suitable for 480 and 500 pk, respectively; the maximum tractor power is 365 kW (500 pk).
The harrow is compatible with Category 3, 4, and 4N tow hitches and with a Cat 4 quick-hitch; the primary PTO shaft is reinforced, and each rotor side has its own cam clutch.
